Mama Tried, But Mama Tired

I'm the type that can never quite remember the exact words in an idiom, song lyric, saying, etc., which worsened when I was pregnant with twins. I stumbled upon the lyric, "Mama Tried" on print and in my tired and sleep-deprived state, I misread it and thought it read "Mama Tired".

Between raising our toddler twins and living on a little farm with a dog, and 2 goats, I can confirm that the misread lyric perfectly captures my current state of being -- Mama TIRED! 😵

Lo and behold, MAMA TIRED was born out of a misread print and an exhausted mom's need for a laugh and some camaraderie in this wild and sleep deprived journey of motherhood.
